The Paladin team has experience in performing full risk and threaten and vulnerability assessments, constructing avoidance and mitigation strategies, and ensuring that scarce budget dollars are optimally spent.

We have conducted extensive vulnerability reviews of rail infrastructure and rolling stock assets, including various car types, terminals, bridges, tunnels, and linear assets. Our reviews have included assessments covering the full spectrum of threats as well as other scenarios that represent specific risks for our clients. We have worked extensively with federal, state, and local authorities to include their inputs and counsel as a part of putting into place effective preventive, mitigation, response, and recovery counter-measures.

Not only do we design security plans, we test and exercise the plans to refine and adjust every aspect of the plan's effectiveness. Too often, we have found over-reliance on technology without commensurate investment in people investment in people assets (training, preparedness). or we find security relegated to a police or security department without support or integration.
